ruthie started after I became a mom and realized how much life changes, including the things you carry, use, reach for, and need every day.

I love being a mom more than anything, but becoming a mom didn’t make me stop loving a cute bag, a pretty piece of jewelry, or the little things that make everyday life feel a little more put together. If anything, I just started looking for things that could fit into this new version of life without losing the parts of me that were already there.

That’s what ruthie is about.

A collection of practical things, pretty things, and the best kind — things that are both. Some are made for motherhood, some simply happen to work really well for it, and some are just for you.

The name ruthie is especially close to my heart. It comes from my mom — someone who has shaped so much of who I am. As I’ve stepped into motherhood myself, I’ve found an even deeper appreciation for her and all the little ways a mother’s love stays with you. Naming this little piece of mine after her felt like the perfect way to carry a piece of her with me as I build something of my own.

Everything here is chosen with real life in mind — workdays, errands, weekends away, motherhood, and all the ordinary moments in between. Because ruthie is for motherhood, but it’s also for the woman you were before it, the woman you are in the middle of it, and the woman you’ll be long after the little years are gone.
